Anybody up for this one?

As always. I'm going to try to squeeze in a Boulevard tour as well while I'm in KC.

Seriously thinking about it. Would love to get some carpool information.

I'm a maybe. Can't plan too far out while I'm on the bone marrow match list. I could have to go make a donation any time in the next few months.

Yep. They did the further testing on my swab. The person I'm a match with took a turn for the better so they might not need my marrow but they've got me confirmed should things turn the other way again.

On topic note: I think Joey was contemplating this trip.

I am up for the trip as it may be my last roadie for a while. I'll want to spend the night though.

Kelly and I are planning on going. When will we sort out match tickets?

Perhaps we could get FCD to set up a link through Wepay like they did for Houston. We have some time, but we will speak to the FO regarding this. We have done car convoys up the last couple years and it has worked out pretty good. Staying overnight is best and there are some cheap hotels in the immediate area of the stadium.

If there is/was a bus going up for this, I would definitely be interested. If carpooling, maybe, just got to factor in the costs

No bus planned. We always run a number of cars up there and spend the night, so we will post closer to the date any of the details. Would love to have your join us!

Gina... can you reach out to Kevin Lindstrom and see if we can get the name of a person in KC please? Also, lets start a provisional list here. Once we have a list then we can figure how many cars, who is driving etc.

The name to contact in KC is Sam Pierron. He's the Lindstrom equivalent up in KC a former supporter now selling the game.

I don't have his number on me but you can probably call up to KC and ask for him or get it from Kevin.

Wayne - Can you provisionally hold a seat for me in your car? I won't know until late if I can go or not.

Got Sam's info. I'll shoot him an email and report back with what I find.

Tempting I'll keep an eye out on prices any of you going to make a rough total cost estimate? Gas share, ticket and hotel.

We're staying at the Hampton Inn Kansas City - Village West - 1400 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas, 66111, USA 1-913-328-1400. The rate is $139 + tax. Plus to staying here is that it's not far from the new stadium and is an easy walking distance.

45 Gallons used
$173.08 Fuel Cost

So with 4 people in a car it is $43.27 each just for gas
If 4 people share a room based on Brenda's price of $139 plus tax so let's round it up to $160... $40 each for the room

So $83.27 each for the trip.

I think Travis was checking with Zen to see if he wanted to go. If he's not going, you are more than welcome to be our 4th person.
