Everyone,
Here are the final details/timeline for tomorrow’s trip:
10:00 – FC Dallas Team Store opens to offer 20% off all merchandise (sale items excluded) for anyone traveling
10:30 – Bus starts to load…there are no reserved seats, so it’s first come – first served on seat location for the bus.
11:00 – Bus leaves
*We
need to be at BBVA Compass Stadium no earlier than 4:30 and no later
than 5:00, so the bus will likely take a quick ‘pit-stop’ at the
Woodlands area (30-40 minutes out of the Stadium) if the trip time is
tracking on schedule. It is not an option to arrive at the stadium
early and have you exit the bus to loiter around the area there.
4:45
– arrive at the Stat-Oil gate of BBVA Compass Stadium, just outside our
seating area of Section 221. A FC Dallas representative will load the
bus to hand out your match ticket while you are on the bus. Seats are
assigned (not general admission), so be sure to claim tickets with those
you want to sit with.
5:00
– we will unload the bus and enter through the Stat-Oil gate…Section
221 located just below. We will receive an escort from stadium
personnel until we arrive at our section.
Things to know before entering 1. You will not be permitted to enter the stadium if you are deemed to be intoxicated
2. Banners
and flags that are pre-approved will need to enter the Stat-Oil gate
with our group…they will not be permitted at any other gate or any other
time. They are also only allowed to be in Section 221…FCD banners or
flags not in 221 will not be permitted
3. NO confetti or streamers permitted
Approximately
8:30 – As the match ends, FC Dallas representatives will work with
stadium ushers and security to receive an escort back to the bus.
Please be prepared to move back to the bus quickly after the whistle,
but also know that they may hold us in the section for a couple minutes
to coordinate the proper exit strategy. Either way, once the group is
giving the cue by stadium personnel we would ask that everyone exit the
section through the same gate as we enter and load onto the bus for
departure.
8:45
– 9:00 – Bus departs back to FC Dallas Stadium – It is your own
responsibility to get yourself to the bus following the match. After
honest and thorough efforts to locate individuals who are not on the
bus, it will depart without said individuals.
Thanks to all for your support…we look forward to a bringing home the cannon!
