On the one hand, anything that takes points away from RSL is a good thing. On the other, bigger hand, Davies should be fined and suspended, as should the officials. Given how crap MLS refs are at spotting that kind of thing, MLS needs to crack down on that kind of behavior with hefty punishments.

Dax has played crap this season, maybe a change of scenery will help him.

I just don't think he is a seasoned enough player to "lead" a team yet. A great little midfielder, but not the experience to mold a cohesive midfield and that is what DC really needed. I think it will be a great trade for Dax and D-Ro.

The problem for Dax in DC was that he didn't have a destroyer behind him like he had in BAMF here. BAMF did a lot of the dirty work that freed up Dax to focus more on the attacking end of things.

line combination of Zach Loyd, George John, Ugo Ihemelu and Jair Benitez
are all on the same page in front of steady goalkeeper Kevin Hartman
and have FC Dallas looking like a contender for the second straight
year. Even with losing a player as key as Ferreira, FCD has the horses
that have allowed it to follow up its 1-3-1 start by going 9-1-3 in its
last 13 games.
